Miami Pure Catering is purely amazing…from the food to the staff. My clients are constantly asking Eric for his recipes. He is always super accommodating and conscious of all of our constantly changing production needs  – I wish I could take him with me to LA and NYC – his personality is as amazing as his chocolate chip cookies!  I’m hesitant to write such a good review because I’d be lost if he wasn’t available for my projects.
